"Positive Youth Development"

The Students' Cell of Lady Keane College organized a Youth Conference on "Positive Youth Development" on March 18,2024 in the College Seminar Hall under the Chief Minister's Youth Development Scheme 2022-23. The conference was aimed at providing a holistic approach, in physical and mental health for Youth development. Dr Melodynia Marpna, Assistant Professor, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Martin Luther Christian University spoke on "Nutrition for our Youth".Dr Sonali S Tesia, Consultant Psychiatrist, Mind and Wellness Clinic gave an insight into "Mental health for young people". The conference ended enthusiastically with a practical session by Ms Dapalei L Warjri, Zumba Instructor. The conference was attended by 180 students of the college.
