The department conducted an awareness programme in Mawlyngbna village on 29th March, 2019 on the theme “Guest Relations” and “Housekeeping Skills”. The programme aimed to sensitize the local communities on the importance of guest relations and housekeeping in the development of tourism in the village. The program also provided the students with an opportunity to expose themselves to an environment where they can start building their confidence and inter-personal skills.
