Overview

Lady Keane College is operating a guest house named Keanean Guest House as part of its initiative to undertake a rural tourism project in the state. The guest house is located at Mawphlang which is at a distance of 25 kms from Shillong. The guest house offers a pleasant stay for the guests. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining hall, 1 living room and a kitchen.

Location
The Guest House is located near the Mawphlang Public Health Centre (PHC). Guests are to take the road on the left after reaching the PHC that leads to the guest house.

Rooms
The guest house has one single bedroom and one double bedroom providing a convenient stay for the guests. The guest house also provides extra bed on request by the guests. The guests can book their rooms via email and telephone. The guest house adopted a traditional way of registration wherein guests needs to fill the required details in a register book and submit a duplicate copy of their identity cards.

Cottage Rent (with one bedroom) Rs 3000/- per night
Cottage Rent (with two bedrooms) Rs 4000/- per night
Extra bed (folding bed with mattress and pillows) Rs 500/- per night
